Information You Submit
When you enter a name, phone number, or address in a search form, that input goes to the third-party provider responsible for the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. If you send us a message, we receive the details you decide to provide and use them to address your request.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs, including IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time stamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and see which resources visitors use. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
We use the limited information above to run the service, diagnose errors, measure visits, answer messages, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Porterville offices, Tulare County and California portals, libraries, or third-party search providers. Information entered after leaving our service is controlled by the destination's privacy policy. The same applies to sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors may process logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic information already described. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Our Security Measures
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the service. Server logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes stated here. We do not operate user accounts, so we hold no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted such information so we can remove it.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code ยง 1798.100 et seq., may provide rights to know, correct, or delete personal information held by a covered business and to limit certain uses. California's DROP system also provides a centralized deletion-request route for registered data brokers. Because we retain little visitor information, a request will usually concern our contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records held by Porterville, Tulare County, or California offices remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to the custodian.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear on this page. Your continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
